The work is compiled in alphabetical order all the objects that are contained in the holy and divine canons, compiled and processed by the late hieromonk Matthias. As the original work Syntagmat Matthiei Vlastar was preparing and producing, it can best be seen in the very foreword to the Syntagma. The governor gathered in one place the lessons and the milder rules intended for establishing the salvation tradition, necessary for each person and briefly rewritten their text. He strove for their meaning as much as he could do nothing, and he used the explanations of the interpreters and made his own handbook. The author and translator prof. Dr. Aleksandar Atanasovski made an excellent translation in modern Macedonian language, retained the original headings, some letters that are not in our language, he gave the appropriate mark in the parentheses according to our alphabet. Otherwise, most of the provisions, modified and adapted, are still used today in modern legislation.
